Was able to get a same day appointment for my cat who was ill. She received a thorough exam with kindness and compassion. All possible vaccines and testing was discussed without pressure. She was treated in office with antibiotics and fluids. This morning she presented for breakfast, which she hadn’t done in two days.
The care my dogs get at Hudson Highlands is second to none. The staff is caring, the doctors are very through, and our groomer, Laura, is incredible. They know our dogs and we have never EVER had an issue with billing, getting an appointment, or coming in when there's an emergency. I would never take my furry babies to another place.
Weve been coming since 2019 when we moved to Fishkill. Roxy, almost 17 is very free spirited and does not like to be confined. Yet Dr. Whitefield and her staff has exceeded our expectations with providing calming and thorough care. Roxy always leaves in good spirits; I leave knowing Roxy has the best care. We've been happy customers of Hudson Highlands Vets for 23 years. Dr Whitefield and her staff have cared for our dogs from puppy through old age. We've also boarded our dogs with them at their Beacon facility. The staff is competent, caring and professional. We know our pets will be taken care of in the best possible way throughout their life.
We were just there for my dog's cytopoint (allergy) shot. Everyone was pleasant, and we were in and out pretty quickly. Staff checked my areas of concern from my dog biting herself but assured me it would clear up soon and did not try to sell me things we didn't need. Much appreciated!
